Make a certificate for finishing a course, classic with a border. Make it a single HTML file that opens in a browser with nothing to install and no other files. Put the CSS and JavaScript inside it. Do not use image files or any external address; use emoji or letters if you need a symbol.

A name, what it is for, the date, and a line for a signature. Draw the border with CSS rather than a picture.

Every piece of text is editable by clicking on it. Changes stay after the browser is closed.

It has to print properly on one page in landscape. Add print styles that hide the editing controls and keep the border, and put a print button on the screen.

When you are done, check the print view has no buttons on it and nothing is cut off at the edges.
