Make a flashcard app for English words. Make it a single HTML file that opens in a browser with nothing to install and no other files. Put the CSS and JavaScript inside it. Do not use image files or any external address; use emoji or letters if you need a symbol. A card shows the question. Clicking it flips to the answer. Then I press "got it" or "not yet". Put 20 cards directly in the code as a starting deck, and let me add my own cards with a small form. Cards I miss come back sooner than cards I know. That is what makes this different from a list — a card marked "not yet" should reappear within the next few cards, and a card marked "got it" should go to the back. Show how many are left in this round. When the deck is done, show how many I got on the first try. My own cards and my progress stay after the browser is closed. When you are done, mark one card "not yet" and check it really comes back soon.

If missed cards do not return, ask it to "put a missed card back three positions later, not at the end".
